Overall, the hotel was good. Had everything we needed. It was a little on the old side, but you get what you pay for. Ideally located across the road from the beach, however, there was a bar across the parking lot that had a live band that played into the early hours of the morning.

This is an amazing little hotel right on the bay, and across the street from Pensacola Beach. The room was great for our needs. The pool was a nice place to cool off. If your expectations are luxurious vacation then this is not it. If you want a laid back, kid friendly and pet friendly place by the beach - this hotel offers that plus free kayak, paddle board and bike rentals. Breakfast was great! Everybody that works here was friendly and helpful. Loved every second of our stay and will be back!

PROS: The location was spectacular Am breakfast was great, free use of paddle board, kayaks and bikes. Staff was very attentive! CONS: The room entry door was super sketch! Shower had no water pressure Mattress made crazy spring noise Rooms were dated (but clean)
