What a gem ! Lovely spot, close to everthing for food shops mall etc, excellent breakfast - can’t fault the place. The beds superb - modern nice hotel.

Hotel was clean bartender was extraordinarily helpful and the staff were genuinely caring.

There was nothing truly wrong with this hotel but several little things that were off and just shouldn't be. I'll start with a good thing, though. The beds are decent and the pillows are fantastic. I don't remember the last time I slept so well in a hotel room! I'll be purchasing one of those Dream Surrender pillows soon! Okay, the not so great. As another person mentioned, one of the beds is so close to the wall it's hard to get in and out of. I was traveling with my elderly parents and they wanted the bed closet to the restroom. My dad literally was hurting himself getting in and out of bed (fyi, he's 5'3" and 139 pounds, so it's no cuz he's too big. 🤣. There's plenty of room on the other side of the room...scoot them over! The breakfast was okay. Pretty unimaginative and repetitive but it got the job done. Except there was no salt or any ketchup packets (hot sauce, tho) on two of the three mornings. Salt is a big deal with bland food. The chocolate milk was sour (two different cartons). There was no half and half for the coffee. That was two and a half out of the three days we were there. My 90 year old father likes his coffee the way he likes his coffee. This was a sore spot that I had to deal with many times over the course of our stay. When asked when they were going to replenish it the staff would just kind of shrug their shoulders and say "when the delivery comes in". This hotel sits right in the middle of many places to get some cream. I even suggested maybe someone could do that because my father was not the only one asking for plain unflavored half and half. I was told that they had to do that for milk for breakfast and I asked if maybe they could put the milk over there?? Again some more shrugs. Phone in the lobby would ring and ring and ring while the staff guy ate his food. I guess it was his break? The back patio is small but nice. But you should let the fire stay on until at least 11 like the lights. It ads so much more of an inviting atmosphere. Last thing... and hopefully this will get followed up on...Sitting outside several hours throughout the stay, I noticed a very strong, disturbing propane smell. First time I thought it was the fireplace that had just gone out. But there is a sound that comes from the left of the patio that every time it gets louder, this very heavy odor follows. Very unpleasant and hopefully not a leak. I cautioned my mom not to light her cigarette during that time, though. Also, side note ..if you're going to allow folks to smoke out there (no signs saying you couldn't,,) you should provide ash trays or that tall tower thing to dispose butts into rather than people putting them out and leaving on the ground. I had my mom use a cup with water in it that I could dispose of, but not everyone was doing that. Would I stay again? Probably. The good sleep was worth it. Breakfast was very varied and kept well stocked. Coffee was excellent. Pillows in rooms could be upgraded. Way too soft.

Great hotel. Is pet friendly we stay only for one night but was good, clean, smells really good. The breakfast is complete and delicious.

The bed and bedding were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The noise level kept me from sleeping. It was very loud and I got no rest. There is no carpet and the vinyl plank flooring was actually sticky.

Courteous staff. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfy and breakfast was plentiful. All at a great cost. What more could you want?

The hotel’s location was good, the amenities were good, and it was a very clean hotel. The people that work there were very nice and professional. The problem is the noise that makes it into the room when you’re trying to sleep. You can hear the people above you and even across the hall. I also prefer that the AC/Heat keep the fan running and just turn on the AC/Heat when needed. When the AC/Heat turns on it wakes you up and when it turns off it wakes you up.
