My stay at the Extended Stay was a horrible experience. I've stayed there before, and it was never like this. I checked in then went out again. I came back at around 12:15 am. My key didn't work. The phone on the wall didn't work. I stood there for about 30 to 40 mins hoping someone came down to let me inside. I get off the elevator onto the 3rd floor and there are roaches in the hallway. I was in room 327. The room was not clean. There was hair in the tub and all over the shower curtain. That hotel is my go-to spot, but after that experience I'm going to have to find somewhere else to go.

The floor was dirty and there was literally hair on the clean towels from the previous occupants. I recorded a video of the hair on the clean towel that I was supposed to use. I woke up at 4am and just left. I didn’t even wait until the 11 o’clock check out time. The bed was horrible. It was literally a super mattress on a spring.

I was pleasantly surprised of the quality for the budget price. Thank you for providing no fuss rooms at a budget price. A coffee pot and toaster would be nice to have in short term units but we went to Walmart and bought a coffee pot and toaster for $10. each as we had stayed a week at another ESA location the week before and will certainly keep them in our go to for future stays.

Staff is AMAZING!!! Sierra and Bill have taken such great care of me! 10 out of 10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Customer service was above and beyond. I didnt even have to ask. Facility was nice and quiet. Well kept with a clear purpose of making sure the guests feel comfortable.

I love a clean room and everytime I have visited this hotel, it meets my expectations. Clean, and bug free. Staff is always friendly, and they always have room for me to park my gooseneck trailer for you hotshot drivers out there. Will always be my go to spot in Pensacola Florida.

Horrible, no es un lugar donde te sientas seguro. Las dos habitaciones que me asignaron estaban sucias y olian muy mal. En proceso de reembolso se tarda. No lo recomiendo.
