We checked in late and found the room to be very nice and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the hallway on the second floor was extremely cold as if they had not turned the heat on at all and it was in the 30s outside. Other than that, it was very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

This stay was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the subway station and major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable; I slept very well that night. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. It was great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time.

Bugs. (Cannot confirm they’re bed bugs or a different bug because I peaced out of that room so fast the next morning) I woke up on night 1 of 3 with all these bites. More than just pictured and complained to the office. The team then tried to gaslight me by assuring me these were allergic reactions… these are obviously bug bites. I did get a new room eventually but nothing more. Refusal to clean my stuff, would NOT bring in a third party to inspect (just the housekeeping team), reopened the room for others! Filing with the local health inspector. The AGM and GM ignored my emails and never called me about the issue. When I kept pressing, they tried gaslighting me more… I get this happens, but the response is absolutely disgusting and irresponsible.

They charged $10 to park even for Marriott platinum. Property is in area of shopping ***** malls way outside of town. No reason to charge to park.

On a Saturday there was no fresh coffee available until 7am and then they charged about $4 for it. And to get free WiFi you were required to sign up for their Honors program. Not what I would expect with a room priced at the top of the market.
