The customer service is exceptional from everyone. Kudos especially to Elisabeth “Eliza” who oversees breakfast. She goes above and beyond to serve others and she is so friendly. It is hard to find people like this so I hope this company gives bonuses & treat their employees well to retain them.

The hotel was clean, the staff wonderfully friendly, and the beds delightfully comfortable. Breakfast was hot, and fresh with choices for all ages. The pool was well maintained and not overly chlorinated.
We were in town for a quick weekend getaway and we will definitely stay here again during future trips.

This is an updated Holiday Inn Express. The bed was comfy and shower area in the bathroom clean and pleasant, with a spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast was prompt, early and offered a wide range of choices. The hotel is convenient to I-10, with many dining options at chain restaurants nearby, a few within walking distance.

The hotel staff was ok. The first room we had smelled really bad like smoke and mold. The staff moved us to the room next door. It was better. The tub did not drain the water properly. The pull out couch was nasty, the matress had holes in it and burn marks. So glad we traveled with cleaning and disinfectant supplies. The pool door would not open or so the staff told us that. The main reason i picked this property was for the indoor pool. It was disappointing to not be able to use it. The beds were not comfortable. If i had to stay more than 1 night i would have checked out went somewhere else.
