The location is kind of sketch. There was a stain in the bath tub and on some towels. There was also a baby roach crawling in the lobby area. Would not book there again,. Would spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

The experience was like none other. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. I recommend this location to all my friends and family.

The hotel was ok, but we decided to go to a hotel with an indoor pool so we could swim and enjoy water time with the kids. The pool was closed for maintenance and nothing on any website said so. Also the room we were in had 2 tvs but one of those did not work and after the hostess came and tried to fix it the tv wouldn’t even turn on anymore. We were not offered any discount for our stay even after we told the desk person that the only reason we decided to stay at a hotel was for the pool. It was a very dissatisfying stay for us.

When we got there to check in at the check in time, our room was not ready. We kept being told it would be 15 minutes, then another 15, and then it was a hour or more past check in time when we were able to go to our room.

The customer service is exceptional from everyone. Kudos especially to Elisabeth “Eliza” who oversees breakfast. She goes above and beyond to serve others and she is so friendly. It is hard to find people like this so I hope this company gives bonuses & treat their employees well to retain them.

The hotel was clean, the staff wonderfully friendly, and the beds delightfully comfortable. Breakfast was hot, and fresh with choices for all ages. The pool was well maintained and not overly chlorinated.
We were in town for a quick weekend getaway and we will definitely stay here again during future trips.
