The location is kind of sketch. There was a stain in the bath tub and on some towels. There was also a baby roach crawling in the lobby area. Would not book there again,. Would spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Sounds proofing was very deficient and we did not sleep well. At nigh, we could hear the patron above us running around the room. Early in the morning, the patron next to us had music playing.

Great food and service! I loved the hospitality from Katie! Awesome Hostess!!! I would definitely recommend staying here and I would not hesitate coming back here to stay again! Great service and kindness. The front desk and housekeeper were extra helpful and friendly. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!!

RRecommended to all who are reading this review, the friendly personnel at the front desk are always there to help you with any questions or concerns. Housekeeping personnel did their best to keep our rooms clean and stocked with fresh towels every day. Complimentary breakfast was beyond expectation. Friendly associates were willing to help with any request. Overall A+

Excellent service, is a very cozy place and very friendly staff. The price is according to the type of room. It is very easy to get to the site. I recommend it if you want to have a good time, rest and be comfortable. I would take it again as soon as I return to Pensacola, Florida.

The property was not clean or maintained. I stayed for 3 nights and had to get my key card reactivated 3-4 times a day. The breakfast was cold and terrible. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I'm shocked that they are able to carry the Holiday Inn Express name. Staff person on check out only wanted to give excuses for the poor conditions. Also, Pool was not open, and I really don't think I would have used it anyway because of conditions. I feel that my comments will go nowhere, but just thought I would give my experience.

everything is great from breakfast to the wifi. The cleaning staff do a great jobs and the front desk all needs a raise!!!! The indoor pool is great snd there is plenty of parking space for big vehicles. I will stsy at this location every time i am in pensacola.
