After a horrible experience at another hotel who had randomly cancelled our reservation, the desk staff at Hampton Inn & Suites did everything right to make our stay one of the best yet. Lavenia(I am so sorry because I know I am spelling it wrong!) was the one who checked us in and a kinder, more helpful person I have not met! She took a impossible situation and fixed it for us! Laura checked in our daughters in later that evening and they said she was such a joy to talk to and made their check-in so great! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Pensacola area! Thank you so much for saving our graduation weekend!

Property is being renovated. Workers at ur window at 8am. Bathroom toilet is low too ground, no exhaust fan, styrofoam cups??? Temp system is poor. Breakfast left alot to be desired.

From check-in to check-out, this is the friendliest and most conveniently located hotel in Pensacola. Laura greets you with a great hello and a big smile. She makes you feel welcome and at home and is so very helpful. Breakfast is good and has a good selection of items and the women who manage the food area are very sweet and are constantly cleaning and taking care of guests. The hotel is located within 2-3 blocks of numerous restaurants, shops and not far from the beach and Pensacola State College. Clean, safe and reasonably priced, this is the place to stay. Thank you!

This property looks great from the front as you pull up to the front entrance . As you enter the front door , there is a sign saying that the property is starting a renovation . We stayed 4 nights . The last 2 days there were construction guys everywhere and hammering and drilling just outside our room . Phone calls to manager were answered but Stephanie Love did nothing to mitigate the irritating noises . DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL for the next 30 days . The management here is really bad .
