There were things left from previous customers, (I Guess). sticky residue on the light switch, and on the counter in the rest room. You could here doors slamming thought the night. The bed was hard with 2 thin pieces of cover with 3 flat pillows. We stopped to rest but with those conditions we didn't get much rest.

It all started with Latricia at the desk sweet providing and very knowledgeable. All staff that I encounter were really great accommodating so whatever needs I needed above and beyond duties shout out to all at Extended Stay at University

Do people normally stomp around loudly in their hotel rooms? If they don't, I still heard every step from the unit upstairs.

Bed very comfy quite place would stay again. Very nice staff. When I arrived it was very packed didn’t think I was going to be able to stay and it was late night the front desk worked out something for me everything was convenient to this location and I the location itself love it

The check in staff were very friendly. The property looked well kept. The lobby and hallways were clean and smelled fresh. Our room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Our bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. They do set up a grab and go mini-breakfast bar in the morning that has coffee, tea and granola type bars. The only problem we had was the room had no hair dryer and the front desk had none to loan out. We would stay here again.

Shower rod is barely hanging on the walls at each end. Night table and dining table are severely damaged. Front desk staff was great!. Management and maintenance are terrible!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a hotel! This place is run like low income housing. There are dirty towels, garbage bags and trash lining the hallways. The carpet is so dirty that it is sticky and the smell is horrendous. My son and I had to leave the first night we stayed, there is loitering and smoking right outside the front door and made us feel very unsafe. The pictures on the website are lies and they DO NOT include breakfast as it says. I lost money and my points because I was lied to. We left due to the entire second floor full of smoke from someone burning something in thier room and the fire alarms NEVER went off. This place is not safe . DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN.

Dirty floors and bedding. Looked like everything was just swept under the bed and bed skirts were nasty. Shouldn't tell customers it has a complimentary breakfast. Coffee and stale peanut butter nutrigrain bars is not a breakfast and the snack machine prices are ridiculous. You shouldn't try to burn people on machine muffins after you misrepresent the breakfast. I regret decision to stay here. Total disappoin**ent this morning. At least a place that actually serves breakfast is close by.
