Rooms were clean and comfortable. Minimal interactions with staff were warm and accommodating. We enjoyed the hot tub. The on-site restaurant does not open for breakfast. The bathroom basin would not plug to hold water. Wifi was spotty, and the staircase attached to the wall outside our room 121 was quite noisy with children tromping up and down the way they do. Good location if you like to walk a lot, which we do. We could not connect to the provider, Juice Box, to allow charging our EV.

Good value for the price, good security measures for parking, internet connectivity could be better but not a deal breaker. Tv could be a bit bigger for watching the game.

Great property they keep things nicely updated! Restaurant was closed for renovations which was unfortunate because the food is very good. Would definitely recommend this property

I had the pleasure of staying in the newly renovated Tower (4 nights). Lovely room, clean, quiet, very comfortable, and secure parking. Easy access to the outdoor amenities and attached restaurant (amazing stone fired pizza by the way). Overlooking the golf course also provided a great view as well as some entertainment. :) I was also provided with 4 separate WIFI connection options which allowed me to choose one with the best signal...typically, you are stuck with one option at most hotels, but having multiple options ensured full bars for me to connect and work with out any glitches. Well done! I highly recommend the Ramada in Penticton for business and/or pleasure. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.
