Very nice, mattress is too soft snd the small fridge did not have a freezer to hold ice. Other than that, the unit met our expectations and the location and parking were great

A beautiful property close to everything in town. Very comfortable room - loved the balcony looking outside to the city Rose Garden and the lake.

The current forest fire situation prevents us from taking our July 2021 vacation to the area. Advised that because we prepaid the whole amount we were not entitled to ANY refund - we paid $220 for one night and we got NOTHING back. Very poor customer service in my opinion

We were traveling with our small dog and booked the Siesta Suite - top floor. It was very rushed booked Friday to stay Sat & Sun, Tyler was great. Loved how well equipped the room was - Keurig coffee pods, tea & bottled water small fridge. California King was super comfortable! Very clean. Nice sitting area on deck that we'll use when we return in end of May. When we needed to extend our stay Tyler went above & beyond to contact the others guests to see if they would change rooms so we could stay put. They did! So got another 2 nights, without any hassle. Excellent value & service! Cindy & Rick
