I found the bed very lumpy and most uncomfortable. Very poor sleep.

Property and the amenities are new and very nice. However, my room was very cold, the heater was blowing cold air and the thermostat was showing 16*C while outside were -27*C, I tried increasing the temperature but no luck. Also, the wifi didn’t work.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was good but the hotel was very busy and the pool is small and loud when full.
Seemed to be an issue with enough towels in the hotel. 0 in the pool area and only 3 in the room when we booked in with 4 people.
