Our stay was pleasant, comfortable and our room was very clean.
Our coffee and tea were replenished but it would have been nice if we’d had some biscuits!!

Where do I start with this hidden gem, first time staying here and it will be my go to hotel for the local site we are working on from now on - After spending nearly 3 weeks here I'll be sad to leave. The staff go that extra mile in every aspect of your stay , the service they provide makes it feel like a home away from home. I can't thank them all enough for the wonderful stay I've had- good food , great facilities and amazing staff what more could you want ! Thanks Springfield 😀

We had a fabulous Sunday lunch! The service was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We loved the choice of starters , it was so difficult to choose just one, they all sounded so inviting, such a great choice, so we picked a different one each and shared, both were absolutely delicious. The roast dinner was gorgeous, succulent beef, red cabbage, which wasn't too sweet, topped with a lovely yorkshire pudding, roasties, lovely vegetables and tasty gravy. The food was piping hot! A very enjoyable experience. Thank you. We'll definitely be back!

The Springfield Hotel Halkyn is fantastic! The staff make the experience, with Charlie's excellent service being a standout. The menu is superb, and the food is beautifully presented. The spa facilities are a bonus. It's family-friendly with a "nothing is too much" attitude. Perfect for remote work with a real sense of community and a welcoming feel. Highly recommend!

Come here a lot for lunch as we work down the road food always fantastic never had a bad meal staff always friendly and helpful always clean and tidy great outdoor space for eating when the sun is shining great space for small and big party's to cater for highly recommend

The hotel is lovely. We wanted a remote stay and that it was. Wonderful and helpful receptionist Jackie who couldn’t do enough for us. Great bar and waitering staff and great food at a reasonable cost. Simon who works evenings was just a wonderful man, very helpful. Spa was relaxing and clean and hot tub a bonus. Views of the sheep was excellent and rooms were nice. Ella/Ellie housekeeping also super nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next time

Went for something to eat. They said only serving Sunday lunch, so we chose roast beef. It was warm, not hot they said they would reheat. We were hungry it was cold, so we left having left most of it. We complained on exit and they apologised. Wasn’t good enough

I cannot rate the staff at this hotel highly enough. Stayed here to attend my mother in laws funeral along with other family members from all over the country. Dealt directly with the hotel to make the bookings and the service was excellent. On arrival we were made to feel so welcome and that continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, we had young children and a baby in our group and it was pretty noisy and a bit messy at times but we were treated with absolute friendliness and kindness at all times. I’ve stayed in many, many hotels all round the world but none of the staff have been as amazing as those who work at this hotel. Thank you all for making a tough few days so much easier for all of us.

Always have a fantastic time here. This is our 4th stay. Nice views. Comfortable rooms. Delicious food. Fabulous spa area. All staff are excellent, but especially in the dining room, they go above and beyond. Will not be too long before we go again.
