Beautiful old Victorian Guest house . Situated on a leafy lane with plenty of parking on the road. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly and breakfast was superb. Nice walk to the seafront and town and plenty of places ti eat and drink. Will definitely stay at the Dunedin again and recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxed stay.

Saline and Duncan are such excellent hosts, lovely clean comfortable . breakfast. I would highly recommend the Dunedin.Would definitely stay again.Situated well for all attractions and the the coastal path .nothing negative to say all good

We loved our all too brief stay at the Dunedin Guest House. Perfectly situated only a short walk from both seaside and the town centre in quiet Alexandra Road, it was a welcome haven to return to after a day’s touring g. The breakfast is generous and Sheleen & Duncan are wonderfully warm and welcoming hosts, with excellent travel advice - even so thoughtful as to produce cushions for our visit to the Minack Theatre. Thanks for a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Great B&B in Penzance
Lovey B&B in Penzance in walking distance to town centre along the promenade. Great breakfast and the hosts cannot do anymore. Super friendly with lots of local knowledge of how to get about. We will be going back.
