Bathroom is not good, blanket are not cleaned, wasted our money

This hotel is in the main road of Perambalur town. We stayed a night as we didn’t wanted to drive all night. The room was decent enough to get good sleep after a tiring day. Hot water was available in the morning. However I noted they haven’t provided drinking water. Still it was not a problem as we brought our own water. May be Parking can be an issue during the weekends if the bookings are high otherwise all fine from my end.

Rooms not cleaned properly, heater not working, bathroom door not good conditions, lift found @ uncleaned. Entrance found @ improper arrangements & uncleaned. Overall not good for family stay.

I paid amount through makemytrip app and the hotel person ask money for room. He said make my trip and our hotel is not linked. You can cancel in the app
