Las fotos que fueron enviadas , no son la realidad del hotel no es tan colorido como se ve, las instalaciones están algo deterioradas la atención en cuanto al servicio muy regular , no sobresale esa cultura amable que caracteriza a Pereira , la solicitud de elementos de aseo fue repetitiva ! No cumplió mis espectivas

Me gusta mucho este hotel. Debo ir a la zona de Cerritos por trabajo y siempre me quedo en este hotel. Me gusta mucho porque es muy tranquilo, pequeño y ofrecen un buen servicio. El precio es cómodo con relación a la zona.

Súper recomendado!. Desde que entras te sientes feliz. El clima de la zona, las aves. Delicioso!. Esta súper cerca del Ukumari y de un mall de comidas con muy buenas opciones. También hay servicio de restaurante y tienda de café con buenos productos.

Lamentable que se presenten como un hotel de lujo cuando en realidad se trata de un sitio bastante precario. Es simplemente la finca de alguien a la que le adaptaron un pedazo para hotel pero sinceramente lo hicieron muy mal. Por el tipo de construcción las habitaciones son extremadamente calientes y los ventiladores (que son de mala calidad y por eso muy ruidosos) no logran hacer nada . El sábado simplemente no pude dormir porque hicieron una fiesta que solo paró a las 5 a.m. y la excusa del hotel es que era un matrimonio en una finca vecina . La única justificación para elegir este hotel sería su ubicación pero por el precio que cobran hay muchas mejores opciones.

Vivo en Bogotá y por trabajo debo estar varias veces al año en Pereira. Siempre me hospedo en Villa Juana al igual que otros compañeros de mi empresa. Nos ofrecen una buena tarifa corporativa y otros servicios como early check in lo que nos ayuda mucho ya que siempre tenemos que llegar antes de las 8 AM para salir a trabajar. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la ubicación es igual cuando tienes que ir a las empresas cercanas (que hay muchas). Es una zona industrial pero muy turística.

El sitio es hermoso. La atención muy buena. La verdad pasamos muy rico. Está muy cerca de un mall de comidas y del parque Ukumarí, aceptan mascotas con un cargo adicional. Las habitaciones estándar les falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero las nuevas son muy buenas. Volverìamos!.
