Si l hôtel est très bien il n en est pas de même du restaurant . J y ai dîné la semaine dernière, le plat de pâtes que l on m a servi était infecte, j ai retourné mon assiette intacte sans que le serveur ne me demande s il y avait eu un problème , la crème brûlée avait la consistance d une brique … mon collègue avait pris le fish à chips , très sec , le plateau de charcuterie et les frites étaient corrects

Très bon accueil de tout le personnel dans cet hôtel situé près du zénith et à 10 mn du centre ville de Clermont. Chambres grandes et propres. Pas de bruit. Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts. Parking extérieur fermé. Une bonne étape à recommander ou à refaire lors d’un voyage vers les alpes

L'hôtel est beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et avec un grand balcon , l'accueil est agréable. Mais pour un 4 étoiles, il n'y a pas de peignoir ni de chaussons, il n'y a pas de crème pour le corps et la propreté du carrelage de la salle de bain laisse à désirer.

THEY CANCEL RESERVATIONS WITHOUT MAKING SURE YOU KNOW. Booked on Best Western website 21 January for 26 February.. We had been looking forward to this trip after cancer surgery. As a disabled person I had checked the hotel and room for disabilities and it looked perfect. Arrived at 5.00pm and was told our reservation had been cancelled by the hotel on 27 January, by an email that never reached me - even though the hotel had by telephone number as well. Future Best Western bookings will be cancelled, won't book with this group again. What a way to treat people with disabilities, and those fighting illness.

Dommage chambre et salle de bain froides en plus ce weeks end le temps est froid et humide. À revoir mettez au moins une couverture supplémentaire dans les chambres pour qu on ne se pelle pas de froid la nuit.couette pas assez épaisse.heureusement personnel et réceptionniste sympa…….
