+ on the main highway road + have a veg restaurant below + room and ac were ok - toilet was stinking even without using. - the security and ***ager mukundan were on full argument for car parking. Both are same to deal with. Even though they have a car parking with a 2-3 min walk with a place where there is no light in the night and to take the car early morning 4-5am, they don't allow to park in front of hotel where there is parking place even though it's night 930pm. Owner mr. Mohammed needs to know that the ***ager needs to learn to be little pleasant to customer specially in hospitality industry. We have stayed and had food ***y times, so this is the last time we do stay and recommend to others(rotary etc.

Good location, clean, and easy availability for good veg food

Aryabhavan residency is good for staying family. Good room and also hygienic. Calm and quiet. All facility is good.

Our stay at hotel arya bhavan residency was fairly comfortable. The room was well-furnished but a bit congested. Overall, a good hotel that is quite close to the angadippuram temple and ry. Station.

2. I really wish we had a better experience especially writ cleanliness and hygiene. There was garbage littered in the corridors. The car parking area is also a little narrow and an inexperienced driver will have a hard time parking their car in the parking lot. We spoke to the security who allowed us to park the car in front of their restaurant when we explained the reason
