The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning and heating system worked well and quietly. There are some excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good- much beter than the usual. I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was not being able to access conf rm or the bar area for my family to get together to watch football games prior to the wedding we were in town for. Now I did like that I was given and opportunity in another room however no cable or wifi available on the TV.

There is such a wonderful staff here. Meea welcomed me after midnight, and I saw Becca once again which was a delight. I wish I remembered the other delightful staff that was helpful for small gestures, but made me feel much more welcome than at other area properties.
I have found where I will stay each time I come back to Rochester.

Came for a funeral. Arrived late and they were super helpful despite the late hour. Gina in the bar was amazing. She got my in-laws set up with coffee and got us drinks even though the bar was almost closed. The breakfast bar was tasty with lots of good options. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and warm. We highly recommend!!

The hotel staff was lovely. The bed was not very comfortable. The decore is a bit dated, and the shower did not drain very well.

Friendly personable help at check in. Clean comfortable room with a fantastic modern shower
I recommend the pizza place across the street; said to be the best in the Rochester area.
