Perfect location. Perfect for sunrise view. Right on the beach. It's not a private beach resort but it has direct access to the beach. The resort is not exactly in Pondicherry city but 4-5 kms before. The restaurant serves good food and it is comparatively cheaper than the food outside. It serves South Indian and North Indian food. Rooftop eating space is best to have your meals with a great view of sea. Recommended room is Premium Sea view room. The only downside is the adjacent property, Raj Sea View Guest House. It simply throws its kitchen waste on the beach and it's guests were also throwing their trash on the beach, which spoilt the beauty of the beach.

Such a nice place to stay in Pondicherry, budget-friendly, and the customer service was outstanding; the ***agers were always helping me and my family with all the service needs. Recommended for anyone who plans to stay in Pondicherry.

The place was nice and cosy. The room was nice and clean and with all the amenities. The staff was very cordial. It was located near auroville beach and auroville was within 5 mins distance by car/bike. Almost all of the tourist attractions were within 5-6 kms from the hotel. The best part of the hotel was that it had thalapakkati restaurant within its premise which serves the best quality food. Parking is available for car/bike. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay at le aham.

May 17th 2024 I booked this resort online by looking at the picture posted all around the internet. When I entered and saw the rooms, it was worst than any slum. Complete dark, lizards cockroaches roaming all round. No AC and when I switched on the fan, I felt it will going to fall on me any time. None of us has dare to stay in that room. We went to saw the swimming pool, and pool looks like a gutter filled with all the filthy things. We spoke to the front desk on this and they accepted online booking team cheat by showing 15yrs old pic. All of us felt this resort is not livable. We asked for refund, but they said there is no refund for online booking. So I left this place with small kids searching for other hotels. I lost Rs 8500, in addition pain of searching other hotels in the blazing sun (puduchery is extremely hot). My suggestion don't book online. Physical see this resort with your own eyes and then decide if you have dare to stay in this resort.

Even though i had an email confirmation of early check in, the reception guy was asking me to wait till 2 pm until i produced the email copy. So basically no record / track is kept about guests requests. Secondly, the entrance was horrible as some underground work was going on and had a large pit dug on the narrow road that leads to the hotel from the main road. So the guests had to take a long way around using a different parallel road to reach the hotel which i had to figure out myself. The hotel authority should have informed this earlier. Otherwise, this is a budget stay hotel. Since i was about to checkout early considering the fact that i checked in early, provisions were made to provide the complimentary breakfast on the day i checked in and i do appreciate it ! i would also suggest an inprovement to provide an intercom facility in future. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in pondicherry

We stayed at the globe house of Le Apex which is in the topmost floor. The room was beautiful! It had two balconies that provided excellent views. The caretaker Aneesh was extremely helpful. He helped arrange rentals for us to roam around Pondicherry. Knowing we had a wonderful place to stay at the end of the day was relieving despite the tiredness from the daily travels. I would highly recommend the stay!

Room was good, big and neat, common areas were good and clean too. But there were no bathroom toiletries like shower gel, hairdryer. Also there's no restaurant, this causes inconvenience in always going out or ordering food from outside. For the price they charge, all the above facilities should be provided. Otherwise everything was good, location was awesome, staffs were very polite and quick in their service
