Ночью потек унитаз, пошла разбираться к администратору, а его нет на месте. Через час только вернулся и разобрался с ситуацией. В номере в течении всего проживания что-то происходило, отдохнуть после рабочего дня было невозможно.Больше не приеду в этот отель.

Хорошее расположение. Приветливый персонал. Чисто. Не много номеров. Понравилось для бизнеса. Хотелось бы более разнообразить завтраки . В Перми был в первый раз. Погода+отель=очень понравилось. Номер был на первом этаже с окнами во двор. Очень тихо было. Единственный минус-слышимость между этажами)когда приезжали или выезжали гости на 2-м этаже-было слышно ночью.

Отличная небольшая, но уютная гостиница. Хорошее расположение, вкусные завтраки в соседнем Гастропабе, не шведский стол, но довольно обильное меню. В номере есть все необходимые гостиничные и бытовые принадлежности. Немного неудобно, что вай-фай не местный и приходится периодически перезаходить, а также чуть раздолбаная сантехника. Но общего впечатления никак не портит.

Останавливались с супругом на четыре ночи в отеле Астор. Бронировали люкс. Номер - комфортный, просторный, уютный, в нем все необходимое: мыльные принадлежности, зубная паста, щетки, халаты, тапочки, кофемашина с капсулами, чайник. При заезде на кофейном столике нас ждал неожиданный очень приятный комплимент в виде фруктов и коробки вкусных конфет! Завтраки очень понравились, разнообразные и очень вкусные: омлет и глазунья с разными дополнениями в виде овощей, сыра, сосисок или бекона на выбор, каши в ассортименте, фруктовый салат, сырники - ну очень нежные. Общение с персоналом выше всяких похвал, девушки улыбчивые, доброжелательные, готовы помочь и подсказать по любому нашему вопросу. Уборка отличная, каждый день пополнялся запас косметических принадлежностей, свежих полотенец. Будем и сами останавливаться здесь и рекомендовать своим друзьям. 💙💙💙
