Staff are lovely, Maria in the restaurant is amazing & friendly, such a kind lady (the type you would welcome into your family)! They are stand out staff for an all inclusive, I sometimes feel all inclusive staff aren’t super polite. The location is amazing, you can stroll for miles along the promenade and as a cat lover this is ace as you can see all the cats along the way! There are plenty of trips and reasonably priced on the most part if you wanted to book some- either at the hotel or venture about a mile up towards fig tree bay and book them there - probably cheaper. There’s a row of excursion huts. Highly recommend the waterpark - would mark it as one of the best ones I’ve been to. We don’t have children but it was amazing for families too. Great mixture of slides, plenty of pool beds and reasonably priced. Entertainment in evening is bad but I find all inclusives to be much the same, it didn’t bother me. I’m not paying to go and see a show in london for example so my expectations aren’t high. It gives you something to do or like us you can go for a long stroll and also find entertainment elsewhere. The bus is absolutely brilliant, super frequent 102 to head towards Ayia direction and 101 to head back. €1.50 during the day single & €2.50 at night - they run until 3-4am for people that like to go ‘ out out’ so that’s absolutely brilliant perk too. All in all top marks and we would both definitely come back :-)

Facilities at the hotel are good - indoor pool and fitness suite are both nice. There’s a sauna and steam room attached to the indoor pool that I enjoyed using. Hotel isn’t a great family hotel. Guests were very miserable during the time we stayed (one week). I think a lot of couples expected kids to sit quietly all day while they relaxed! 25 minutes walking distance to the main ***** of bars, or 12 euro in a taxi. So not a great location. Our fourth time visiting Protaras and there are far better hotels for families closer to the *****. Food at dinner time was poor. It did vary but was not something we looked forward to. Breakfast was ok! We ate out most nights, although we were half board at the hotel. The hotel allows guests to keep the rooms on until 3pm (apparently at a charge of 30 euros), although some guests do get it for free. Challenge this at reception, seems unfair that the same policy isn’t used for everyone. Hotel is close to the beach. Restaurants are very close by, and really nice. Would I visit again - No.

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.
