The location is either Awesome, or Ok. It depends what you plan to do in Perpignan. For us, passing by and arriving in the town by train at a late time in the day, the location of the hotel was perfect! Less than 2 min. away from the exit of the train station. But when it comes to access to restaurants, shops and the centre of the city, there are other choices.
However, the room itself is very spacious and clean, we didn't hear much noise, and a lot of services are provided in the hotel.
The staff is welcoming and helpful. But... We were advised to go to the restaurant "Jean" (Guinguette du Jean) not too far from the hotel; the food was not very good AND overpriced, and the wait VEEERRRYYY looonnng!!! The restaurant is interesting for its atmosphere, but I suggest you to only go there for a drink, and enjoy the decoration; for the food, go on the other side of the train station and you'll have many more (better) choices.

Location is just across from railway station and near bus station. The staff was nice and helpful.
We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights in a comfortable room with kitchen. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Check-in is not until 4 p.m., but you can leave your luggage in storage beforehand.
It is a slightly impersonal block, but you have everything you need for a few days' stay.
It is opposite the train station and close to the buses.

We had a good stay at this hotel, despite the lack of a dishwasher in our apartment on the first night. The staff was very helpful and moved us to another apartment for the following nights. However, I do not recommend the breakfast; the price is too high for its poor quality.

The only bad thing is that entry is at 4:00 pm no matter what, they don't let you in earlier, and if you do, they charge you extra, it's a disgrace

It's a good hotel, everything is provided. Opposite Perpignan train station, it's well located and quite clean. It's a quiet place. I recommend it.
