B&B Hotel Perpignan Sud Porte d'Espagne

Unfortunately, I arrived a little early. Check-in started at 2 p.m., so no problem, I thought. However, the reception didn't open until 5 p.m., which I only found out after a bit of searching. My reservation number wasn't accepted by the machine, so I wanted to call to get into the room. There was no phone number on site, however. The number provided by Trip was answered with "number has changed". In my opinion, that's unacceptable service. The hotel was reminiscent of a Premiere Classe with an outside balcony. The rooms were a little higher and more stylish. Right next door was a Brit hotel.

Good hotel to spend a night or two. You need a car for everything. It is in an urbanization where there is nothing. A normal hotel.

Real coffee beans. ● Negarif - in the breakfast room: no music in the background or TV - Reception reception 5 p.m. (you can however retrieve the room codes from a terminal outside the hotel) " LOCATION " ● Positive + close to shopping center + restaurant nearby " BEDROOM " ● Positive + Clean + Comfortable bed + Real radiator for heating + Air conditioning available in summer + Presence of a toilet brush in the bathrooms. + Presence of a peephole on the door, practical and secure to see who is knocking on the door if the case arises. + electrical and USB socket to charge devices ● Negative - No hair dryer - The bedroom door opens to the outside. - Low sound insulation between rooms, and as the rooms face the outside we can hear some noise

Given the very short reception hours, this is a lack of service. The number provided by Trip was answered with "number has changed". In my opinion, that is unacceptable service. The hotel is reminiscent of a Premiere Classe with an outside corridor and no elevator. The rooms were a little higher and more stylish. Right next door is a Brit hotel and a Premiere Classe. The price for the night was low, but can also be significantly higher.

Very clean and comfortable renovated hotel with remarkable value for money. Very friendly welcome and very attentive staff.
