I haven't posted in a while, because I just felt like same old, same old. But we do stay at the hotels at least three months a year as we travel, and our stay at this Hampton Inn was so horrible. I felt like I should write a review in the effort to help people. Front desk clerk wasn't able to address issues and was borderline rude. She din't have an ID tag on and didn't provide her name, so I can't properly address her. They just started renovations, but new night stands and a new desk are not going to fix the horrendous customer service and issues on property. The swimming pool area was a disaster. Cigarets buds and packs were laying on the tables in the pool / hot tub area, and non smoking policy was not unforced. Bed being comfortable and water in the shower being hot are the only positives during our stay.
