Hotel is brand new and nice. We stayed there for a soccer tournament that was held in Grand Park, Westfield which is a bit far away. But the only problem we had was the air conditioning/heater which was extremely loud. If you are a light sleeper you will have hard time dealing with the noise. Other than that breakfast was great, staff was nice and overall we had a very good stay!

Just opened 2/1/2024, which explains why there are were no reviews when I searched. Everything is new, friendly workers. One area for improvement is the breakfast food... breakfast sandwiches, eggs, and sausage patties could be higher quality. Nice workout room. No pool.

I have stayed at this particular hotel a multitude of times. Never had any issues till now. The hotel is very clean and well kept. However the staff that was on duty this time were improperly trained. They charged me a second time after paying for the room through *******. After I brought it to their attention I received the manager is the one that can fix it. Then they proceeded to tell me the manager won’t be in until 3pm 4 hrs after I would have to check out. I actually returned after my meeting to speak with the manager. I was told he wasn’t available however they were working on it. Tomorrow calling their main headquarters as no one has gotten back with me still…probably not staying here again
