Room was still being cleaned when I went to get in the room & I had to tell the cleaning lady which didn’t speak English that a light cover needed to be put on. Overall it was worth the money

Bed was very comfortable, but room had issues. Parking lot lighting was mostly NOT working. Boxes everywhere, bags of trash as well. Linen cart just sitting empty by the elevator. Just not up to par for an IHG hotel. Good location for places to eat.

Wasn’t Here very long stopped here on the way home from Indianapolis . hotel off the interstate south of Toledo lots of dining Options nearby . It was New years Eve the hotel was very quiet . But we did arrive Later and left earlier in the morning . Our room Was Huge had a full bedroom living Room Kitchen Large bathroom. Two TVs So was More then enough for What I needed just spent the night but if I’m in the area again I would stay

Bed bugs all the beds were thrown out but they still had an infestation bug bites on me will be seeing what I can do to help others with this problem

Staff has wonderful manners - very polite & helpful. Very service oriented!
