Tellement déçu . Nous pensions que le nom de la chaîne était garant d’une certaine qualité mais déception….malpropreté dans les aires communes, plafond de la chambre fissure, murs qui pelaient, grande tache sur le tapis, il y régnait un laisser aller général . Jamais plus pour nous, au petit matin nous voulions partir au plus tôt . Triste pour cette marque……

The old lady at the front desk was charming but that is the only good thing we have to say about this place. Damp & musty room we felt dirty even after a shower. Everything is old and needs major renovations! Do not stay here!

Not very clean. Everything worn out. Neither sink or tub drain emptied. AC on full blast with no temp or fan control. No blanket. Requested first floor, did not get it. Traveling with 2 dogs and had to go through breakfast area with them to get to upstairs room. No elevator.

The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in life. Due family emergency, I made a reservation, and 10 minutes later, I called to cancel it; I spent 30 minutes on the phone, and they refused to cancel it. They put me on hold five times, and I was returned to the menu until I asked a Yes or No question if they were going to cancel it or not. They just play with you until you get so stressed and hung up. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. ZERO STARS

The front desk lady Sharlet was the worst thing I ever had to deal with for customer service, rooms were bad too, I think there was mold in the tub, I am glad we went to another hotel after only 2 days there.

Hotel is located at the back of a truck stop. There is not an elevator, so you'll have to carry your stuff up the stairs, which are located at the ends of the building, and one in the middle. The AC ventilation system was not functioning in the first room I was given and the manager was unable to correct. I was asked to move to a second room, and had to come down to the desk to collect a new room key, which was not expected. I didn't feel as though the motel was clean, the rooms had an odor. The breakfast consisted of bread and a toaster, some danish and a waffle maker.

This was truly the most decrepit and disgusting hotel that I've ever visited in my entire life. The room reeked of mold and mildew, the walls were cracked and moldy, the room was full of flies, the sheets, furniture, and carpet were stained. I checked out as early as I possibly could in the morning to get out of there. I will never be staying at a Days Inn ever again. This place should be condemned. Avoid if you can.

Despite having a confirmation of our reservation made a month+ in advance, after driving 7 hours to attend a wedding, when we arrived at 11:03pm at Days Inn Perryville, on 5/28/2022, the door was locked and a small note with instructions to call the desk person. When she eventually appeared, after taking 15 minutes to sign on and browse the hotel site, she informed us that our reservation "had been cancelled". She then took another 10 minutes to browse the hotel site. She told us that the hotel was completely full with no vacancies. She offered no assistance in finding another hotel close by. Instead, at 11:30pm on a busy Memorial Day weekend, we were forced to find another hotel. We contacted a Wyndham Travelodge who was able to locate our confirmation information at Days Inn. Unfortunately, Travelodge also did not have any vacancies. We eventually were able to find another hotel but it was so late that the next day was ruined because we only had 4 hours of sleep before driving another 7 hours.

The facilities look nothing like the photos. It is clear that no money has been on maintenance or cleaning either inside this property or outside. Pretty sure I could have bought ***** from any number of people wandering around the property. Was a last minute booking and I admit I did not do my due diligence before booking. That being said I would not have stayed regardless of wether they gave me a refund. Which they did while admitting that they are very aware of their deficiencies because we were the 3rd group that evening to request a refund. Not only filthy inside and out but unsafe. Don’t stay here for any reason!!
