Perth City Centre

It does what it says on the tin. It was clean and quiet (in the ground floor room which I was in) unfortunately technology like wifi had not made it to the Faradya cage of my room. This was for either the free or payed service. The staff were polite and welcoming but lacked attention to customers, with customers waiting for protracted periods of time.

Second stay in Perth at this Premier Inn. Room was as expected and like the option to choose room with fridge and coffee maker. Use Premier Inn reasonably often and this did not disappoint. Ate in Kisa’s next door which I would also recommend. Handy for shopping in centre or walk to and along the river.

Very poor customer service , the manager did not seem to be bothered at all in serving. Had only one towel , when asked for another just gave another one from the office which seemed it was used

Best place for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a really good deal,food was great and a great selection.,it was that good we went back for our dinner. It's clean,and friendly staff happy and chatty. Definitely recommend. Great value. Thank you

Stayed here for a conference taking place nearby. Excellent breakfast and dinner - staff attentive but not invasive. Food delicious. Beds super comfy. All in all a lovely relaxed stay - thank you!

Great location; useless free WiFi. The wifi doesn’t allow any kind of use barely even browsing. Really terrible. Tried at various points during a three day stay; never worked. Staff were nice; parking good; room fairly clean though bathroom could do with regrouping

Niceand cosy no complaints with room clean and cosy over night stop only staff very friendly and help full will stay a gain as been a few times nice and quiet no noise which is excellent so peace full no banging of room doors bed nice and cosy nice

Really disappointed in the whole experience and chose not to stay. At check in was told the car park was round the back of the hotel. Took me half an hour to find it as it was back onto a main road and round a corner! No signage or directions given by the hotel. Parking is £6 per night. At check in was informed that there was an oven not working so we might not be able to eat dinner there. We had booked dinner bed and breakfast! No refund was offered at this time until I later asked for it. The remote control in the room was filthy, and there was dust and hair on the dressing table surfaces. The corridor smelt musty and of stale food. Wifi was not available in our room. I could not even make a telephone call and had to come down to the main reception area for any wifi access atall.Apparently the wifi in the hotel is patchy as its an old solid building! I asked about a refund for dinner and was told this was fine but would take upto 28 days to be back in my account. I was also offered a refund for breakfast as a complimentary gesture at this stage. All in all, way too many things going wrong or simply not good enough from the point of check in. My worst hotel experience ever!

The Premier Inns have really went down hill recently. Their policy of not cleaning rooms unless requested and clean towels need to be requested. I stayed in room 134 with very poor Wi-Fi and the toilet bowl was disgusting with the under rim black, god only knows when it was last cleaned. They have also trimmed the menu which is not great if you are staying for more than a week and for some reason the do not provide orange juice anymore replacing it with “tropical juice” which honestly taste like watered down kids juice. Very disappointed.
