I stayed here for work a couple of weeks ago and had make up (eyebrow gel) go missing from my make up bag, searched the room high and low but it was gone. I did suspect that the cleaner must have stolen it but didn’t want to make a fuss. I re purchased the same make up for £10. I had to stay here for work again two weeks later and again the exact same thing just vanished after the room had been cleaned one day. This is definitely not a coincidence and I am a very tidy person and I know exactly where all my stuff is. My colleague then said she had body spray go missing the same day. I went and raised a complaint to reception but was told that the cleaners are adamant they didn’t take anything… of course they are, why would they admit it? So please be wary when staying here and do not let them into your room. I’d avoid the hotel in general and not trust them.

I booked a two night stay for my parents that included my Dad's 85th Birthday. They had a wonderful stay and were delighted with the hotel. The hotel was kind enough to provide an upgraded room close to the lift so that they only had a minimal walk to get to it. They loved the history and character of the hotel and their individual room. They ate in the hotel bar both nights and enjoyed their meals which were very good quality and excellent value for money. From the General Manager down the kindness and care from staff was exemplary throughout which was much appreciated.

We enjoyed a five day coach trip. Everything was good the room was large enough. Everywhere was spotless. The staff were very friendly and hardworking. The meals were perfect and good portion size. The hotel is ideally situated and Perth is a nice city. There was no negatives about the hotel or Perth, we will return. 🙂
