We love visiting Perth & staying at this lovely hotel! Very well run, with excellent friendly & attentive staff. Furnishings including beds & bedding are comfortable. Love the complimentary coffee:) & breakfast served in a beautiful dining room with huge windows overlooking the park. Very good value:)

Noisy Hotel but friendly staff.
Had to move rooms the first night because of excessive amount of noise coming from the room next to us.
Once we moved to the 3rd floor, we heard kids running around and doors slamming the floor until well after 11pm. Not really what your looking for for a relaxing weekend away.
Staff were friendly and great which made the experience a little better

Great hotel with very nice amenities. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub are nice. Rooms are comfortable. Overall a nice spot to spend the night.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. We have thoroughly enjoyed it everytime and are hoping to go back at some point. The staff are outgoing, helpful and very friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very good and I loved that I could get coffee, hot chocolate or tea at any point during the day or night. The hotel backs onto a beautiful park that we enjoyed even with it being cold and snowy. Perth has some amazing restaurants that are all walkable from this property.

The Best Western Plus in Perth is conveniently located for walking around downtown, is well-maintained, and has friendly and helpful staff. The overall experience is pleasantly surprising and far beyond the official 3-star hotel rating. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay here again if the opportunity arose.
