Reaching the hotel from the convention centre in a 10-minute walk is walking through a little jungle with waterbirds, palm trees and beautiful nature. The hotel itself is a nice and friendly place, in convenient distance from the city centre. Helpful and friendly staff, parking on site and good breakfast choices.

There are no restaurants or convenience stores near the hotel. The location is relatively remote and suitable for travelers who drive. At first glance, I thought the room was neat and clean. After checking in, I put down my luggage and went out. When I returned to the hotel and opened the quilt, I found that the sheets were dirty. After reporting to the front desk staff, they gave us another sheet and asked us to change it ourselves. When we were about to go to bed, a big cockroach flew out of the air conditioner. We wanted to ask for a room change, but there was no one at the front desk. When we checked out in the morning, we reported to the front desk staff and the front desk staff gave us the sheet. The response was not apologetic and I was very disappointed with my first night's stay in Perth.

Ridiculous! Unreasonable! They found a plastic bag covered on the fire alarm in my room and affirmed that I did it. But it was already here when I first came into the room. I will never admit the things I never did. They just let me out rudely without showing any evidence and rules. It destroyed my vacation! First time to Perth, Worst experience in Australia! Great location. Fairly central but not in the heart of it. Smallish room but clean and comfortable. Strange light switches though which we couldn't quite figure out. Some rooms seemed to have balconies overlooking the park which was probably nice though ours didn't have one and had a view of the parking lot. Cafe was good and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Comfortable room, clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Super comfy bed. Close to Jacob’s Ladder stairs and the Botanical Gardens. Onsite parking at no cost was a bonus. Has a restaurant although we did not visit. Would stay again and recommend

Lovely little hotel, about 15 mins walk from city center. Would recommend having a car as buses to/from city are not consistent. (or walk!) Decent room size but no work table. So it’s much more a leisure hotel. Went down to the cafe to work most mornings. Very helpful staff, available round the clock. Timely clean ups of room. Loved the auto lights when late at night, under the side tables. So thoughtful. Very near Kings Park - where you can hot up to for a coffee or meal. Affordable and comfortable stay.
