Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. Cleaning is carried out in a good way every day. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city center. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need.……………..
