Excellent service except for housekeeping who didn’t clean our room properly between the prior guest and us, and even after we told the hotel of it, housekeeping did not rectify the earlier poor job of cleaning. Disappointing considering it’s the Westin.

Hotel was spacious and clean with great looking common areas. Gym was large and well equipped too and the pool had a great view of the cityscape.

All aspects are up to standard. The hotel provides Italian-style breakfast, which is very inconvenient for us Asians. I hope they can provide more international meals for choice, after all, the cost of breakfast is not cheap.

The room was very spacious - it’s rare to find this size at the centre of the city. The breakfast was the best, my whole family loved it! The food varieties and quality, all were good, nothing to complain. I think I made the best choice to stay at the Westin Perth. It’s also located at walkable distance to shopping area and Elizabeth quay.

No merits or demerits. The hotel service staff are very good, except that there is no room with a bathtub as I requested. However, the view outside the window is still very beautiful, with a city view. The bed is very comfortable and the soundproofing is also very good. Sleep is very important during vacation!
