We were given a spacious suite, along with Easter gifts. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and parking was available, though a bit pricey due to its city center location.

The hotel is located right in the CBD, making shopping super convenient with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. Plus, it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Perth Station, which is great for getting around.

Perfect location for a short stay. The hotel is central, there is a wonderful bar and restaurant if it gets late and you prefer to stay in. We had a drink at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance of the place. There’s a pool and gym which is great to have on hot days. It was close to many shops and restaurants which is ideal as you don’t have to travel far also to enjoy the pier and city views.

The location is fantastic! It's only a fifteen-minute walk to Elizabeth Quay, which is perfect if you need to catch an early ferry to Rottnest Island. Plus, being close to Perth CBD makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The front desk staff during check-in seemed a bit arrogant. I didn't quite understand why they required a deposit, especially since it's a 'pay-after-stay' system. Overall, it's an older hotel, and on the lower end compared to other Hiltons.

Front desk didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and the room wasn’t overly clean - there was a hair in the sink and linen chair looked dirty. Can’t say I was overly impressed considering the price you pay.
