A very modest hotel. At the time of our stay, it was being renovated, this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Workers started drilling at 8 am. And you can hear your neighbors behind the wall as if they were in the same room with you.

The location is very good, near the underground, in the lively pedestrian street of Perth. The window of the room I stayed in faced the 1914 historical building, which was great. However, there was a smell of oil smoke in the lobby. Maybe the exhaust in the kitchen needs to be improved.

Awesome location, near shopping areas and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Room is functional, nothing fancy but sufficient for our stay. Some reno going on (end Nov 24) so expect some noise in the day.

The uniqueness of this hotel is its good location, on Murray Street, where there are several big-name stores and Myer department store is also nearby. The free bus Red Cat is 50 meters away from the door, turn left. The restaurant is OK, and we had dinner there. The rest is just so-so.
