I stayed at Novotel Perth Langley recently and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue was the lack of empathy and flexibility from the hotel staff. I had a personal loss in my family and requested a change to my booking dates, but the staff were very underwhelming and showed little understanding or compassion regarding the situation. The interaction felt cold and transactional at a time when basic human understanding would have gone a long way.
The room condition also did not meet expectations. The shower tap kept falling off during use, which was frustrating and made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. On top of that, the bathtub was chipped and visibly worn, giving the room an overall tired and neglected feel.
For a hotel that presents itself as a quality accommodation option in Perth, I expected much better customer service and maintenance standards. Overall, the experience left a very negative impression and I would not choose to stay here again.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, but you can tell the hotel is a bit old. The door sensor for opening the door was a bit slow to respond.
Cleanliness: It was clean and towels were provided.
Environment: It's in the city center, very close to the park and lake.
Service: Good service, and luggage storage was available.

The hotel is old but the location is good. It’s clean and the toilet amenities are great.
P/s : they have their own parking but need to pay AUD38 a day (unlimited entry) which I find ridiculous. It’s ok to pay like AUD10-15 (as a hotel guest) but AUD is too much.
Street/ public parking is available nearby.

Very close to the Mint, just a two-minute walk. To get to Rottnest Island, it's about a 30-minute taxi ride to Fremantle Pier. The hotel is very clean. They don't provide toothbrushes or slippers. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the service was excellent (they don't automatically provide slippers, but you can request them from the front desk). The location is also very convenient (and it's cheaper than the Intercontinental across the street). The daily parking fee of around $30 is somewhat acceptable. Overall, it was a great experience.
