Stayed with kids. Hotel was ample. Pretty decent for its price. Location is very central and most locations are easily accessible. Just note that if you're driving, they only offer Valet Parking. Food for breakfast is average. Nothing fancy.

The hotel is in a very good location, with free buses to Kings Park at the door and walking distance to Perth Railway Station, London Street and the Mint. It’s not far to walk to Beiqiao to eat. In short, the location is good, cost-effective and the service is good👍

Cons: the curtains were dirty and moulded, remote control had dried up food (and whatever else!) stains, couch was withered... every time someone entered/exited their room, the doors would slam so could not sleep peacefully 😭
Pros: staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful.
