Excellent hotel, well located, cool designs and best room feature was the massive tub

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

Perfect hotel location just beside Hay Street! Very aesthetic & beautiful hotel! Couldn't find any hotel slipper while the floor is cold 🥶 Breakfast was delicious!

Pro: Location at City Centre. Chic design. Contra: Only 1 car can stop for drop-off bag at the street, no proper lobby. Room so small. Never prioritise guess staying to have reservation at the restaurant inside hotel. The toilet too cold. Not suitable for old people to stay here. Staff are not fully trained, a lot of miss communication within staff.

The lift guy never helped

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Perth Central Station. The room facilities and decoration are good, but it is a bit inconvenient for Chinese tourists that there are no slippers. Breakfast is ordered, with a main course, coffee and juice, which is good not to waste

I checked in at 2:00 in the morning and walked around the hotel but couldn't find the entrance. I had no choice but to call and find out that the hotel was locked, but there were staff to help check in. The breakfast was very good👍

The most commendable thing is the location. Not far to the south are the Como Hotel, City Hall, Swan Tower, and Victoria Pier. Not far to the northwest is the train station. After the train station is the art center and the lively Northbridge area. Across the road to the west is a pedestrian street spanning several blocks, with many shops. There are also many places to eat and choices around. The hotel is modern in style, with black-based decoration. It looks a bit dark, like a nightclub, but the hygiene is good.
