The room was tiny and the hallway was super narrow. Right outside the elevator, there was an ironing board left there for two or three days, and nobody bothered to move it. For a hotel that costs over a thousand a night, I couldn't even get a comb from the front desk. On top of that, they wanted me to check out by 10 AM the next morning and would only extend it until 11 AM at the absolute latest after some negotiation.

The location of Quay Perth is genuinely good, but unfortunately the overall experience was quite disappointing. Cleanliness was only average, and the café downstairs was surprisingly poor in both quality and service. What really affected our stay was the behaviour and manners of the staff. Our checkout time was 10:30am, yet we received a call at 10:10am rushing us to leave. We had ordered McDonald’s and were eating at the reception area — when we politely asked where we could dispose of the rubbish, the staff told us there were no bins, even though there’s a restaurant right next to the reception and we later saw a bin at the counter. At checkout, a lady at the front desk spoke to us with a very impolite tone and attitude, which left a bad final impression. Overall, great location but the service and staff attitude really need improvement. Not the experience we expected.

Bed firmness can be more for a better sleep. Space is limited for two in a room. Had the ‘fake window’ room, as hotel is located in between other buildings, however it is brightly lited, so you wont feel castrophobic at all. Location is a good walkable to eateries, bell tower,Elizabeth quay side,and hotel staff are attentive. Parking is next door bldg at aud38/day, multiple entry allow a day. Recommended to stay!

We stayed here for two nights. Hotel was clean, but could have been a little more spacious as we have barely any space to open our luggage. The espresso machine came with coffee capsules which was nice. We drove here so had to park at Wilson parking beside the hotel. Parking spots were very tight. Not wheelchair accessible. We had to drag our luggage down a narrow hallway to the main entrance. The staff was friendly and allowed us to drop our baggage after we checkout as our flight was in the evening. Overall a good stay.

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Perth, and the room was really spacious and the facilities were quite new, which was great.

Location was great and the room is spacious enough for 2 people to open luggage side by side. Service was excellent and reception staff were knowledgeable and very easy to approach. However placement of certain things where missing, only one hook to hang towel and clothes inside bathroom and no seat near door to sit and put on shoes. Other then hangers no area to hang clothes. So outside coats/jackets and inside clothes needed to be hung together. Overall great for short stay and will definitely be booking again if coming to Perth.

Outstanding across the board and couldn’t fault.

Nice rooms, sound proof and the staff always were smiling and very helpful. The staff friendliness actually makes us want to stay next time (that’s how lovely they all were).

Checking in was a breeze even when we reached the hotel at night due to flight timing. There was a free upgrade of room which was a pleasant surprise. Room service every morning was impeccable. Place was clean and staff were courteous. Of course, location was fantastic, within walking distance from 2 train stations.

Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone. Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in! Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar. Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was that the coffee machine was underneath a shelf that was at head height, so I hit my forehead on it!

Loft is spacious but no view
