The location can be better as it’s a 15mins walk form the metro. But the room is generally good. There’s a long stairs upward beside the hotel which we walked up panting in order to take a bus

Absolutely brilliant stay, a very good location close by Kings Park, a short 20 min walk to Elizabeth Quay. Big rooms, Cafe. Good bathroom, Comfortable Beds and clean linen.

Loved the location - if you are okay with stairs, 5min up Jacob's ladder and you're at Kings Park. Or a quick hop up in the morning to get an awesome view of the sunrise over Perth CBD and Swan River, before going back to your room for breakfast! I booked mainly for the cooking facilities, and they were stocked as described (a few pots/pans, plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, etc). No foil or baking paper so didn't use the oven. They have luggage storage facilities before and after check-out. The bathroom did have a bit of a funny smell, but that might have been a once-off and everything else was clean. Did not use the gym; it was a little small with no windows so preferred getting outside for exercise.
