Location is not good. Far from the downtown city of Perth Station. It takes around 40 minutes by foot.
You should take bus for easy transportation.

The bedroom is clean, but the plumbing is old.
The shower was a fixed type.
There was also an outlet next to the TV, but it was broken and couldn't be used, so we asked them to repair it and they did.
It's not close to Perth Station, but it's within range of the free bus and there are many buses, so the location wasn't difficult.
You don't spend much time in the hotel, so if you're just going to sleep, I don't think it's a problem.
There is a bathtub in the room, but it's not very clean.
The hot water comes out well.

Noisy, renovation works, bathroom old and dirty, cracked toilet, bathroom floor and bath dangerously slippery when wet, gloss tiles and water = LAW SUIT.
Staff excellent, room service food = Not good.

The room was spacious and nice, but the bed was single size and I was afraid I would fall off. Well, single beds are pretty rare these days.
Also, the drainage noise from the next room was so loud I couldn't get a good night's sleep.
I felt like I was given the cheapest room in the hotel.

Pleasant experience in hyatt regency, the location was great easy excess to perth city and just 10mins walk to the river can see sunrise in the morning.
