The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the city center, surrounded by bustling businesses and close to the pedestrian street. Transportation is very convenient, making it super easy to get to the airport. The room itself is spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed, and the breakfast is also quite good.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days in Perth, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right opposite luxury boutiques, in a very central CBD area, making getting around incredibly convenient! We booked a family room, and the sofa converts into a bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, so we could easily prepare some simple meals. Upon check-in, we received three complimentary bottles of water. We asked for three more later, and even though the front desk mentioned only three were free, they still provided them, which showed their very warm and helpful service. You can also ask them for a map of the free CAT (bus) routes in the city center – we used it a few times and found it really convenient. (Just a note: housekeeping isn't provided during your stay, but you can request them to empty the trash.)

Was originally assigned to an older room on 5th floor with a very loud A/C and couldn’t sleep. Reported to the front desk the next day and they moved us to a newer room on 2nd floor after checking the issue. Staff friendly and helpful but it is missing some of the amenities expected of a hotel eg daily housekeeping, room slippers.
overall room is spacious and location convenient for those taking public transportation except there’s no sheltered driveway so if it rains can’t cab back to avoid getting wet. coles nearby.

This was my second stay here. The location is superb, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room is also very clean, and the kitchenette is a nice bonus. I would definitely want to stay here again!
