Overall, the hotel's location in the heart of the city, just opposite the shopping center, is a definite plus. The room, though in an old building, impresses with its cleanliness and the convenience of having a mini kitchen. However, the experience is marred by the excessively noisy AC, located uncomfortably close to the bed. Consequently, a peaceful night's sleep becomes challenging.

Located near the commercial street, the surrounding shops are closed during holidays and only convenience stores are open. There is a bug, the key card can still be opened after the room is locked... There is no lock, which feels a bit unsafe, although the hotel manager explained the rationale for a long time. The breakfast is quite rich, but I'm not used to the taste of the coffee here. The latte tastes different from that in China.

Functional hotel with good staff and superb location.
Fire alarm kinda trigger often. But of course, fell short for travelers looking to pamper themselves. The amenities are old, and they don’t provide room service.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was a very short walking distance from Perth station and the main CBD shopping and nightlife area. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived! And the room was great. It had more facilities than I needed, had I wanted to, I could have fully self-catered and treated the place like a mini-apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is convenient, the room is large, but the lights are too dark and the bed is uncomfortable.
The bathroom is bright and the shower water pressure is sufficient.
The strange thing is that the air conditioner is on the floor, next to the bed, and it is very noisy!
