Didn’t know that no one will be at the reception after 6pm.
The tap water was initially yellowish when it was turned on.
We booked the two bedroom apar**ent and one of the room is without aircon/heater.

This is in a great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and other areas where business meetings may be taking place. I didn't use the wireless so can't comment on that. The TV was a good size though for catching the news in the morning before heading out. I did not use any of the other facilities - restaurant, in room cooking equipment etc. I didn't realise, when booking, there is no room service for towels etc but there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Would I stay here again? For a few days yes - the bed was comfortable and the location quiet, which is all I needed. The rooms don't offer an amazing view, but that's not what I was here for. For a place to sleep and use as a base it's perfectly fine.

Room was a bit smaller than what we expected but nice and clean. Had undercover parking, that was also a small space too. Other than that, it was good. Great location.

The property is close to bus stop and you will get nice Indian restaurant balti at 1 mins walk from the property. Location is good in all way.

Great size one bedroom apar**ent for our week-long stay in Perth. Very walkable to just about everything. The apar**ent, whilst fine for our needs (sleeping and breakfast most days), is looking a little tired. But we didn't expect a luxuriously appointed apar**ent anyway.
Lift super quick and A/C worked really well during a hot Perth summer.
Disappointed that the Hula Bar downstairs was closed for the Chris**as/New Year break as we would have loved to check that out and partake in a cocktail or two!
Overall we were relatively happy with our stay at All Suites Perth.

Friendly and efficient staff, 5 minutes walk to Perth CBD and the Swan River. All public transport just a short walk away. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful city of Perth
