The fire alarm rang at 4.20am on the first day stay we and other guests went down to the porch to gather. Some elderly guest with no shoe and no sweaters are standing in the cold .When the fireman left no annocement of the alarrm trigger cause and assurance is made.. The wifi is also down on the fifth day .0n the six day about 8 am the fire alarm is triggered again and the same situation happen again.
The housekeeping is not done everyday and the trash is not cleared properly. Tea bags are not topped up and
First time i cant get a shaver from a four star mecure hotel.
The management should enforce on the fire safety sop for the safety of staff and guests.

Booked 2 rooms in Dec 2023 for May 2024 stay. Was given rooms on 2nd floor looking out to rooftop & facing central air-con condenser unit. Considering the price paid, is definitely unworthy of it.. The rooms were not well maintained.
