Good place to stay - excellent value, great central location & near to everywhere you want to go. Rooms are spacious too. Highly recommended.

The room was decent but the body wash and shampoo wasn't refilled. Had to squeeze hard to get little. Didn't stayed for the night. Would be nice if they properly check the amenities before letting people to stay.

Everything is nice except that we had to pay $35 for paying inside the hotel . We were only told after payment that street parking is free.

Lovely breakfast, essentially everything most things people might need. I booked a room with balcony, L4, overlooking Hay St. Room is of good size. Not impressed with the computerised checkin process. I think a humam has more passion than a piece of publicly touched up glass.. Especially after a long flight. Other than quoting my room number to a human gatekeeper at breakfast I spoke to nobody at the hotel. 2nd stay here. Not sure if I'd go for thirds.

The fire alarm rang at 4.20am on the first day stay we and other guests went down to the porch to gather. Some elderly guest with no shoe and no sweaters are standing in the cold .When the fireman left no annocement of the alarrm trigger cause and assurance is made.. The wifi is also down on the fifth day .0n the six day about 8 am the fire alarm is triggered again and the same situation happen again. The housekeeping is not done everyday and the trash is not cleared properly. Tea bags are not topped up and First time i cant get a shaver from a four star mecure hotel. The management should enforce on the fire safety sop for the safety of staff and guests.

The hotel is clean and spacious. We got a free upgrade to triple room as the twins room was fully booked. The hotel is situated in CBD and very convenient.

The hotel location is incredible. Centrally located and well connected. The parking in the area is a kitchen costly. The staff and service are average. Staff seemed too stressed out, and while breakfast is just interested in your room number. One day, we were asked about 4 times what our room number was! The reception staff seemed like just doing the job..we asked for ice and were told to pick up from under the stairs. When we reached there there is no way to take the ice. So we went back and asked and were told oh sorry they forgot to give us the ice bucket...no apologies..just that the buckets are in the restaurant. So to end it really incredible location,room decor, staff and service can really improve.

Absolutely great location and service, disappointed they had no soap in bathroom for showering, otherwise great stay.

Booked last minute due to my cancellation of flight. They have renovation during my stay so a little bit uncomfortable. Breakfast not included, pay extra for it. I had issue when check in, take quite long to solve, wait for almost 1 hour. The location at the heart of CBD, walked around at night to see Christmas light. Amenities standard, no laundry service at the moment due to renovation, asked receptionist and she direct me to laundry service nearby.

Booked 2 rooms in Dec 2023 for May 2024 stay. Was given rooms on 2nd floor looking out to rooftop & facing central air-con condenser unit. Considering the price paid, is definitely unworthy of it.. The rooms were not well maintained.
