Nice retreat from the city, separate toilet and shower, comes with a bathtub. Good breakfast spread, it was delicious and has a nice view of the lake. Rooms have mountain and lake view. Love the whirlpool and indoor & outdoor pool. The view from the pools are awesome and the sauna is great. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Zimmer old Fashion mit Teppichboden. Ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Räume schlecht beleuchtet incl. Badezimmer. Ausblick auf den See vom Balkon aus fantastisch, auch aus dem Frühstücksraum. Service beim Frühstück sehr gestresst, wohl zu wenig Personal. Zum Teil wird schlechtes deutsch gesprochen, d.h. Fragen können nicht immer beantwortet werden. An einem Morgen war um kurz vor 10 Uhr das halbe Buffet leer geputzt und es kam seeehr schleppend Nachschub bzw. es war nichts mehr da (Bircher Müsli). Croissant auch nicht immer vorrätig, Lachs haben wir in der Woche nicht gesehen, gibt es wohl nur an Sonn-und Feiertagen (ha ha...).

Alles Bestens und sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kulant!! Das Personal ist perfekt und das Frühstück kann sich sehen lassen. Das Schiff fährt direkt vom Haus und ist für alle Ausflüge geeignet. Ebenso liegt es am Achensee Rundwanderweg. Immer wieder gerne!

This was our 3rd vacation at this hotel. We love its location right on the water of Achen see and the Resturant settle on different levels. this time we were somehow frustrated becaus nothing has been renew or modernezid. lights in the room was poor, same old TV, old thin towels. no shower at the suite.

Ein wunderbares Hotel und ein wahnsinnig wunderschöner Wellnessbereich. Das einzige was ich zu bekritteln habe, es ist kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Lediglich die Tiefgarage und da muss man 14,00 €/pro Tag bezahlen. Ich musste also für 2 Nächte 28,00 € für das Parken bezahlen. Ich und meine Frau waren schon bei sehr vielen Hotels, und wir haben noch nie für einen Parkplatz gezahlt. Zumindest für Gäste sollte schon ein gratis Parkplatz im Freien vorhanden sein. Wenn nicht, dann wäre für mich 5,00 € die Nacht für die Tiefgarage auch genug. Wir sind ja Gäste die ohnehin schon viel zahlen. Wie gesagt, das Hotel, das Esse und der Wellnessbereich war super.

Very nice staff. Breakfast was great. Our dogs felt comfortable. Check-in was a bit stressful because everyone came at once. But there was a welcome drink. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The minibar was full. We would love to come back.

We spent a few wonderful days in this really great hotel. The location right on the lake, the beautiful, very clean suite, the good food and the very friendly staff contributed significantly to our good rest. We would love to come back!
