Worst service no cleanliness, horrible room service. Executive suite they charge but it’s worst than a lodge. Not preferable for families

1. Room service: 70% okay, but when we asked for coffee, they said it would take twenty minutes. So we went for coffee outside. 2. Room maintenance: 20% of the room needed maintenance because it was so dusty when we entered. 3. Food: 60% of it was satisfactory. 4. Rest room: 20% the doors to the bathroom made noise when we closed and opened them. 5. Helping guest "0" : a. When we contacted for assistance in finding a cab, they advised us to contact "google" rather than the hotel. B. You must transport your own belongings, get the room number, and depart. Please treat your guest as your guest and not as your enemy.

Every floor there will be a board to direct bar, feeling uncomfortable with family, late night starting beers supply to the other rooms openly not covered.

Nothing was in the hotel room as detailed in the description when i made my trip. Staff was not fully supported, and the room in particular was in very poor condition. The bathroom door was damaged, and the floor had not been thoroughly washed.
