1. Room service: 70% okay, but when we asked for coffee, they said it would take twenty minutes. So we went for coffee outside. 2. Room maintenance: 20% of the room needed maintenance because it was so dusty when we entered. 3. Food: 60% of it was satisfactory. 4. Rest room: 20% the doors to the bathroom made noise when we closed and opened them. 5. Helping guest "0" : a. When we contacted for assistance in finding a cab, they advised us to contact "google" rather than the hotel. B. You must transport your own belongings, get the room number, and depart. Please treat your guest as your guest and not as your enemy.
