Grand Mercure Lampung

I stayed 1 night with my children, on June 28 2024, I ordered 2 rooms, Deluxe View Room, Panoramic Scenery, on the 21st Floor, with room numbers 2105 and 2108, for extraordinary room views, sea, mountains, city, sunrise. VERY COOL Cleanliness, is very good, but in one of the rooms in the refrigerator there is food left behind, overall it is very clean, but it needs to be improved again... Service, very good and friendly, coincidentally my birthday was June 28th, thank you for being given a HBD greeting card from the hotel and a little decoration, then the children gave me a surprise with the room decoration too, they asked for check-in to be moved forward without my knowledge, it was allowed, when checking in Out Miss Gabby is very friendly, overall the service is very good, Thanks Grand Mercure Facilities, the lobby is very spacious, great, soon the mall will open, for the swimming pool, it would be better if it was bigger next time, isn't it in the 5 star class, hehe As for the food, it's already very varied, I suggest improving the taste even more, because some of the food seems bland, hehe The location is very strategic,,👍👍
