Siamo tornati in questa struttura per un soggiorno di 3 notti. Anche questa volta ci siamo trovati bene, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato la location nei pressi della pineta di Pescara, l'ampio parcheggio, ampiezza delle stanze, la pulizia e la colazione. Forse da migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle stanze al piano terra; considerando che check-in ed ingresso avvengono via codice ricevuto in anticipo, non tutti i clienti che entrano per la prima volta nella struttura soprattutto in ore tarde hanno l'accortezza di rispettare il sonno altrui,

Situazione perfetta, posto silenzioso, vicino al mare 10min a piedi, pulizia eccellente . Mi sono lamentata dei cuscini, ho un problema di cervicale, detto alle 15 alle 18 avevo in stanza un cuscino memory top di gamma. Tornerò sicuramente

Per lavoro ho alloggiato presso questa struttura, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Il gestore gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, camere molto grandi, pulitissime, curate nei minimi dettagli. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Una piacevole sorpresa, lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Pescara.

A great place, large clean rooms with everything needed for a great stay. Booked with breakfast included which was excellent choice of hot and cold foods. Great Coffee. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Siamo stati per un week end e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'alloggio si trova all'inizio della pineta di Pescara. Non lontano (raggiungibili a piedi) ci sono diversi locali dove poter cenare. Il parcheggio è molto ampio e sufficiente per il numero di vetture. La stanza è ampia come pure il bagno. Disponibile balcone. Apprezzata la pulizia. Abbiamo riposato senza alcun disturbo dalla strada. Colazione buona, con una discreta scelta, da migliorare la qualità dei cornetti.

Durante il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo mai incontrato il titolare della struttura di persona, ma per qualsiasi necessità sin dal primo momento è stato sempre prontamente disponibile e gentile. La struttura è comunque dotata di un sistema informatico perfetto...infatti abbiamo fatto il check-in online è abbiamo ricevuto un codice univoco con cui avere accesso ai vari ambienti. Grande parcheggio interno presente. Nel pomeriggio abbiamo fatto un giro in centro con le biciclette che ci sono state fornite dalla struttura stessa ed ci siamo mossi agevolmente grazie anche alla presenza di numerose piste ciclabili in città. La camera e il bagno erano spaziosi e puliti; il letto piuttosto confortevole e la colazione ci è stata poi direttamente consegnata con servizio in camera senza costo aggiuntivo...la colazione era varia e abbastanza abbondante...unica piccolissima pecca sono stati alcuni dolci poco freschi (alcuni avevano della muffa), ma i cornetti, il cappuccino, i cereali e il succo erano perfetti. Ci torneremo presto.
